We pour love and care into every portrait and always aim to make things right.
Our T&Cs simply protect both of us — you as our valued customer, and us as a small creative business.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“the customer”) and us (“Pawcasso Studio”, “we”, “us”, “our”) when you place an order through https://pawcassostudio.co.uk.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Products
All of our products are custom-made to order using the photo(s) you provide.
Each piece is unique, and small variations in colour, composition or printing may occur — these are part of the charm of a hand-designed item.
2. The Pawcasso Promise
We want you to love your portrait as much as your pet.
If you’re not completely delighted, we’ll work with you to make it pawfect.
- Custom items: As each portrait is individually created, we can’t accept returns or cancellations once work has begun, unless there’s a fault or issue with quality.
- Faulty or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please email us at [insert email]within 28 days of dispatch with a photo and description.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away. - After 28 days: We may offer a replacement but not a refund.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe and may include Apple Pay or Google Pay.
We do not store or have access to your card details.
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver your digital portrait as quickly as possible.
Delivery times vary for physical items depend on design and printing schedules but will be clearly communicated during checkout or by email.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details (if available).
We are not responsible for postal delays outside our control.
5. Copyright and Use of Artwork
All artwork created by Pawcasso Studio remains our intellectual property.
You are welcome to display, share, or gift your portrait for personal use only.
Please do not reproduce, resell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We may (with your permission) feature your finished portrait in our portfolio or marketing materials. You can opt out at any time by emailing us.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Because our portraits are custom-made, we begin work soon after you place an order.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible — if work has not yet begun, we’ll issue a full refund.
Once design work has started, cancellations are not possible unless we agree otherwise.
Faulty or damaged products will be replaced or refunded as described in The Pawcasso Promise above.
7. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us.
Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and protect your data.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information you provide (e.g., low-quality or unsuitable photos).
Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
