What kind of images can you print?

We can print from any Pawcasso Studio portrait or a high-quality photo or image you upload. For best results, choose a clear, well-lit image where your pet’s features are easy to see. We’ll always review your file before printing and contact you if anything needs adjusting.

Do I need a Pawcasso Studio portrait first?
Not at all. You can upload a favourite photo, use an existing Pawcasso Studio portrait, or add a new portrait commission as part of your order.

How are the prints made?
All Pawcasso Studio prints are produced in the UK using a professional 12-colour giclée process for vibrant colour and long-lasting quality. We print on premium papers and canvases using archival-grade inks designed to stand the test of time.

How are they packaged and delivered?
Each print is carefully hand-packed in eco-friendly, plastic-free materials. Smaller sizes ship flat, while larger formats are wrapped in tissue paper and sent in sturdy cardboard tubes for protection.

How long will my order take?
Most prints ship within 3–5 working days. If you’ve added a new Pawcasso Studio portrait, please allow a few extra days for artwork creation and approval before printing.

Can I frame it myself?
Yes! Our Fine Art and Lustre prints fit standard frame sizes, so you can easily add your own style. If you’d prefer something ready to hang, explore our Framed Prints or Canvas Prints.

Is the paper eco-friendly?
Our Bamboo Fine Art prints use sustainable bamboo paper made from 90% renewable fibres. All other papers are responsibly sourced and printed using non-toxic, vegan inks.

What if my print arrives damaged?
In the rare event something goes wrong, please send us a quick photo within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a free replacement right away.

Because each item is custom-made, we can only accept returns if there’s a problem with quality or printing. In the unlikely event, just send us a photo and a description of the issue and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
