What kind of images can you print?

This product is designed specifically around Pawcasso Studio artwork. We can print from any Pawcasso portrait — either one you already have from a previous order or a brand-new portrait commissioned with this order.

Do I need a Pawcasso Studio portrait first?
No, you don’t need one already. You can choose an existing Pawcasso Studio portrait from your account or commission a brand-new portrait as part of your order.

How are they packaged and delivered?
Each mug is carefully hand-packed in eco-friendly, plastic-free materials. 

How long will my order take?
Most products ship within 3–5 working days. If you’ve added a new Pawcasso Studio portrait, please allow a few extra days for artwork creation and approval before printing.

What if my mug arrives damaged?
In the rare event something goes wrong, please send us a quick photo within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a free replacement right away.
