Creating your custom portrait is easy — once you’ve placed your order, just follow these three simple steps:

   After ordering, you’ll be able to upload the photo(s) that best capture your pet’s character. (Clear, well-lit images work best.)
2. Tell Us About Your Pet
   We’ll ask a bit about your pet’s personality, quirks, and what makes them special. This helps us bring their unique character to life in your portrait. We’ll also ask if there are any specific types of flowers you’d like included. 
3. We Handcraft & Deliver Your Portrait
   Our artists create your custom portrait with love and care, then deliver your finished artwork digitally within 2–3 days—ready to print, frame, gift or share. You can also download it from your account page anytime.

What kind of photo should I upload?
Clear, well-lit photos work best. Phone pics are totally fine! Your pet sitting down is generally best for our Petal Portraits and ideally showing their face and personality. If you’re not sure, send us your favourites and we’ll help you choose.

Can you draw from old or low-quality photos?
We do our best to work from any photo, including older or less-than-perfect images. If you’re unsure, just send us what you have — we’ll let you know if it will work.

Can I include more than one pet?
Our portraits are designed to shine a spotlight on one pet at a time — but we totally understand if you’d like to include more. Just get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to discuss.

Can I request specific backgrounds or accessories?
Of course! We ask for a few quick details after ordering. You can let us know if you’d like a certain background, colour, your pet’s name included, or a favourite accessory (like a collar or toy).

Is this suitable as a memorial gift?
Absolutely. Our portraits are often chosen to remember a beloved companion or as a thoughtful gift for someone special.

How will I receive my portrait?
You’ll get a high-resolution digital file sent to your email, perfect for printing or sharing. You can also download it from your Account page anytime.

Do you only draw dogs?
