What kind of images can you print?

We can print from any high-quality photo or image you upload. For best results, choose a clear, well-lit image where your pet’s features are easy to see. We’ll always review your file before printing and contact you if anything needs adjusting. Or choose from your previous Pawcasso Studio portraits. 

Do I need a Pawcasso Studio portrait first?
Not at all. You can upload a favourite photo, use an existing Pawcasso Studio portrait, or add a new portrait commission as part of your order.

How are they packaged and delivered?
Each mug is carefully hand-packed in eco-friendly, plastic-free materials. How long will my order take? Most products ship within 3–5 working days. If you’ve added a new Pawcasso Studio portrait, please allow a few extra days for artwork creation and approval before printing.

What if my mug arrives damaged?
In the rare event something goes wrong, please send us a quick photo within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a free replacement right away.

Because each item is custom-made, we can only accept returns if there’s a problem with quality or printing. In the unlikely event, just send us a photo and a description of the issue and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
