We pour care – and a whole lot of love – into every custom portrait. We’re not happy until you are. If your portrait doesn’t make you go ‘Aww!’, we’ll work with you until it’s pawfect!

Physical Products

Because each item is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s ever a problem with quality or printing, we’ll always make it right.

In the unlikely event of an issue, just send us a photo and short description of the issue and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away. Please note that for faults reported more than 28 days after dispatch, we can offer a replacement but not a refund.
