Creating your custom portrait is easy — once you’ve placed your order, just follow these three simple steps:

   After ordering, you’ll be able to upload the photo(s) that best capture your pet’s character. (Clear, well-lit images work best.)
2. Tell Us About Your Pet
   We’ll ask a bit about your pet’s personality, quirks, and what makes them special. This helps us bring their unique character to life in your portrait.
3. We Handcraft & Deliver Your Portrait
   Our artists create your custom portrait with love and care, then deliver your finished artwork digitally within 2–3 days—ready to print, frame, gift or share. You can also download it from your account page anytime.

What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo works best — ideally one that captures your pet’s face and personality. Phone photos are absolutely fine.

Can you draw from old or low-quality photos?
We’ll do our best to work from any image, including older or less-than-perfect ones. If you’re unsure, feel free to send it over — we’ll let you know if it’s suitable.

Can I include more than one pet?
Our portraits are designed to shine a spotlight on one pet at a time — but we totally understand if you’d like to include more. Just get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to discuss.

Can I request specific backgrounds or accessories?
Absolutely. After placing your order, you’ll be asked to provide a few brief details. This is your opportunity to request a specific background or colour palette, include your pet’s name, or mention any meaningful accessories—such as a favourite toy or collar—you’d like featured in the portrait.

How will I receive my portrait?
You’ll receive a high-resolution digital file via email — perfect for printing, sharing, or displaying however you like.

Can I print it myself?
Absolutely. Your file is high-resolution and perfect for high-quality printing — whether you’d like to print it yourself or choose from our own range of add-ons, including framed prints and personalised gifts like mugs or tote bags.

Is this suitable as a memorial gift?

What’s the turnaround time?
