Creating your custom portrait is easy — once you’ve placed your order, just follow these three simple steps:

1. Upload Your Favourite Photo(s)
   After ordering, you’ll be able to upload the photo(s) that best capture your pet’s character. (Clear, well-lit images work best.)
2. Tell Us About Your Pet
   We’ll ask a bit about your pet’s personality, quirks, and what makes them special. This helps us bring their unique character to life in your portrait. We’ll also ask if there are any specific types of flowers you’d like included. 
3. We Handcraft & Deliver Your Portrait
   Our artists create your custom portrait with love and care, then deliver your finished artwork digitally within 2–3 days—ready to print, frame, gift or share. You can also download it from your account page anytime.

What kind of photo should I upload?
Anything clear and well-lit where your pet isn’t just a blur of zoomies. Bonus points for dramatic stares, heroic poses, or tongue-out action — the more personality, the better.

Can you draw from old or low-quality photos?
We’ll always do our best — even if your pic’s a little fuzzy or vintage. If you’re not sure, send it over and we’ll let you know if we can work our comic magic.

Can I include more than one pet?
Our Comic Book portraits are designed to give each pet their own starring role — but if you’ve got a full team of superheroes in mind, drop us a message and we’ll see what’s possible.

Can I request specific backgrounds or accessories?
Of course! After ordering, you can let us know if you’d like a specific background colour, your pet’s name in comic-style text, or any fun extras (like a cape, toy, or birthday hat). We’ll customise it to suit their story.

Can I add comic-style text or speech bubbles?
Absolutely! If you’d like your pet to say something, just let us know — speech bubbles and action words like POW! or MEOW! can be added for extra fun.

How will I receive my portrait?
You’ll get a high-resolution digital file via email — ready to print, post, or admire forever. It’s yours to use as much as you like.

Can I print it myself?

How long does it take?
